Car Accident
 I was a little too shaken up by yesterday’s accident. It wasn’t anything too severe but I was in shock.
I’m glad that no one was hurt. Some said I could have argued that it wasn’t entirely my fault because his car came out without giving any signals. but the old man was kind enough not to swear at me because if he did, I guess I would have wet my pants right there!
Just imagine you have no phone with you and hence there isn’t any mean of communication to seek help whatsoever during a traumatic moment like this. The old man was really kind and offered to lend me his cell to make ONE PHONE CALL.
In an emergency case like this and when you are only allowed to make one call, who would you call??? Mummy and daddy? Best friend? Boyfriend? I don’t remember any of their numbers and since I always iterate my office number to my clients all the time, and it sounded just logical enough, I called my office for an emergency leave.
Anyway, I’m too tired to elaborate how the whole thing was sorted out but everything is okay now.
