What the hell Macrokiosk???

I just found out today I’m a victim of the sms scam! Goodness me, I’ve been blindly “robbed” of over 100 bucks in the past 3 months on the smses I received from a mobile content provider which I DID NOT REGISTER FOR! I have no freaking idea how did this MxxxoKxxxk got my number from, all I know is all these annoying smses keep pushing to my mobile whether I like it or not, and RM4 is charged to my bill for each sms!!! No kidding,

RM4 for ONE SMS!!!

I just had to make a scene at the Ipoh branch Maxis centre this afternoon after finding out that my maxis service has been interrupted because it exceeded the given credit limit. It’s so freaking frustrating. Imagine me driving back to Ipoh with no phone connection at all! What happened if I did need to make emergency calls on the road??? Then I was puzzled why my phonebill is such rocketing high when I’ve already downgraded my plan to talk75 6 months ago and more so when I hardly make phonecalls these days.

Maxis says it’s not their fault and I should complain to the content provider instead. But what the fucking hell, why can’t Maxis stop paying these illegal scammers because me as a consumer HAS NOT AGREED or GIVEN ANY CONSENSUS to receive these kind of smses!!! I want them to bar any smses from a 5 digit number but they said they couldn’t do it. For fuck sake do something then!

I honestly feel robbed, cheated and raped.

I’m currently blogging from Ipoh Specialist Centre, lying on the couch in room 2×3 whilst watching my sister sleeping. It’s really ouch to look at those tubes coming out from her body but I’m glad the ordeal is over for her. Praying for her speedy recovery now.

I feel like a fish bone stuck in my throat. What has this country become of????

Gosh… I heard about this going around. Best if you lodge a complaint with MCMC.

Blogger Jeff Ooi made an expose on this.

Alternatively, you can email Jeff and/or the media. MacroKiosk is well known to spam people and the poor subscriber pays for unsolicited sms.
